(12) Any compound containing a 3-(1 adamantoyl)indole structure with substi tution at the nitrogen atom of the indole ring by an alkyl, haloalkyl, cyanoalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkylmethyl, cycloalkylethyl, 1-(N-methyl-2- piperidinyl)methyl, or 2- (4-morpholinyl)ethyl, 1-(N-methyl-2- pyrrolidinyl)methyl, 1-(N-methyl-3-mor pholinyl)methyl, or tetrahydropyranyl methyl group, whether or not further substituted on the adamantyl ring system to any extent. An example of this structural class includes AM-1248. (13) Any compound determined to be a synthetic drug by rule adopted under IC 25 26-13-4.1. 35-31.5-2-323. “Target” defined. “Target,” for purposes of IC 35-34-2, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-34-2-1. 35-31.5-2-329. “Terrorism” defined. “Terrorism” means the unlawful use of force or violence or the unlawful threat of force or vio lence to: (1) intimidate or coerce: (A) a government; or (B) all or part of the civilian popula tion; or (2) affect the conduct of a government by use of a weapon of mass destruction, assas sination, or kidnapping. 35-31.5-2-337.5. “Tracking device” defined. “Tracking device”, for purposes of IC 35-33 5 and this chapter, means an electronic or mechan ical device that allows a person to remotely determine or track the position or movement of another person or an object. The term includes the following: (1) Adevice that stores geographic data for subsequent access or analysis. (2) A device that allows real-time moni toring or movement. (3) An unmanned aerial vehicle. (4) A cellular telephone or other wireless
35-31.5-2-340. “Unit” defined. “Unit,” for purposes of IC 35-40-14, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-40-14-2. 35-31.5-2-342.3. “Unmanned aerial vehicle” defined. “Unmanned aerial vehicle”, means an aircraft that does not carry a human operator and that is capable of flight under remote control or autonomous programming. The term includes the following: (1) An unmanned aircraft and an unmanned aircraft system (both as defined in the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (P.L.112-95, 126 Stat. 11). (2) A small unmanned aircraft and a small unmanned aircraft system (both as defined in 14 CFR 107.3). 35-31.5-2-343.5. “Use of a tracking device” defined. “Use of a tracking device”, for purposes of IC 35-33-5, includes the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of a tracking device. The term does not include: (1) the capture, collection, monitoring, or viewing of images; or (2) the use of a monitoring device with respect to a person required to be tracked or monitored: (A) as a condition of bail; (B) as a condition of probation, parole, or community corrections; (C) as a requirement of sex offender registration; or (D) as part of a sentence imposed for a crime. 35-31.5-2-343.7. “Use of an unmanned aerial vehicle” defined. “Use of an unmanned aerial vehicle”, for pur poses of IC 35-33-5, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-33-5-0.5. 35-31.5-2-343.8 “User” defined. “User”, for purposes of IC 35-33-5, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-33-5-0.5.
