(A) as a guardian of the other person; (B) as a ward of the other person; (C) as a custodian of the other person; (D) as a foster parent of the other per son; or (E) in a capacity with respect to the other person similar to those listed in clauses (A) through (D); or (7) has a child in common with the other person. (b) An individual is a “family or household member” of both persons to whom subsection (a)(1), (a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4), (a)(5), (a)(6), or (a)(7) applies if the individual is a minor child of one (1) of the persons. 35-31.5-2-129. “Federal enforcement officer” defined. “Federal enforcement officer” means any of the following: (1) AFederal Bureau of Investigation spe cial agent. (2) AUnited States Marshals Service mar shal or deputy. (3) AUnited States Secret Service special agent. (4) A United States Fish and Wildlife Service special agent. (5) A United States Drug Enforcement Agency agent. (6) A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent. (7) A United States Forest Service law enforcement officer. (8) AUnited States Department of Defense police officer or criminal investigator. (9) AUnited States Customs Service agent. (10) AUnited States Postal Service inves tigator. (11) ANational Park Service law enforce ment commissioned ranger. (12) United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General special agent. (13) A United States Citizenship and Immigration Services special agent. (14) An individual who is: (A) an employee of a federal agency; and
