9(b) unless the sentencing order of the court under subsection (b) terminates all or part of the remain ing suspension under IC 9-30-6-9(b). 9-30-16-6.5. Termination of suspension. A court and the bureau, if applicable, shall terminate all or any part of the remaining sus pension of a person’s license suspension under 1(c) of this chapter or under 9-30-6-9 if: (1) the charges against the person are dis missed; (2) the person is acquitted; or (3) the person’s conviction is vacated or reversed on appeal.
